How Do We Proceed The Orders ?

The processing time is 25-28 days for Prom, Evening, Homecoming & Special Occasion Dresses, and 28-31 days for Wedding Dresses

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Production time: 15-25 business days.(Due to thepeak season, there are more orders andthe processing time is longer,you canplace your order in advance.)
The production time is determined by the complexity of the dress's craftsmanship.

Global delivery:

Standard Shipping：10-15 Business days

Expedited Shipping:  5-10 Business days  

Shipping fees and delivery times vary for other countries.

If there are major holidays, the delivery time of all orders may be delayed. If time is urgent, you can contact us.

Delivery Guide
To better communicate with you, please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, then you must provide us with a physical address by email.
Packing
In order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag. If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.
Note: For some countries, there will be customs taxes, this tax should be paid by buyers, in order to save your cost, We usually declare a lower price
